The 6th screenshot contest concludes

The Final 6

6th Place: Jasar Dann

Showing of great skills in the use of environment and poses, Jasar fell only short of a higher ranking by a lack of better placement in the overall rankings. Having shown solid entries for all rounds, the judgement fell that while he mostly went with the basic interpretation of the themes, Jasar shows that he excels at the technical aspect of gposing. A deserved 6th place.

5th Place: Dashing Nemophilist

Showing a diverse resume of entries in all colors and variations, Dash made her place right in the middle. With memorable shots, all fitting to the prompts given, the only lack for higher places lied in their quite simple executions from a technical standpoint. A bit of a fixer-upper here and the jury will watch future contest participations with great interest.

4th Place: Mojo Vii

A very solid middle ground, Mojo showed interesting and creative interpretations of the given prompts. While the jury loved the ideas behind the pictures, most of them had a bit too much technical simplicity to them. A little more lookout for detail and more time on gpose practice and Mojo could have gotten to the very top.

3rd Place: Pelle Paerkelle – 13 points

A slow start in the first round, but quickly caught up in the remaining two rounds, Pelle showed a great understanding of working with dark environments and dim lightning, giving us pictures with a lot of movement and action and a great in-depth to the choice of glamours and posture. Definitely the person to ask for “what emote can I use for this?” judging by all his entries. Kudos!

2nd Place: Laila Arrbyte – 14 points

Second place in this contest, but first place in the jury’s hearts (Totally not forced to write this. Send help.). With pictures spanning across all aspects regarding screenshots such as the use of stickers, frame hunting and dynamic poses, Laila went all in and almost got to the top. It was a very close battle, only lost to individual points per round. We had high expectations for our former jury member and were not disappointed! Keep it up in the future!

1st Place: Shae’l Maurguld – 14 points

With two first places and a solid third entry, Shae’l got a well deserved first place for this contest. Very memorable screenshots, showing off a lot of skill and creativity, had the jury stunned multiple times. Congratulations on such an awe-inspiring win!

Aaaand that’s it, folks. Again, congratulations to all winners and runner-ups. Don’t be sad if you did not made a placement in the upper half of participants. Remember, the real prize are the friends we made along the way. And Gil. A lot of Gil for everyone. With that, I hope, we can see everyone again in the next screenshot contests and that everyone had just as much fun taking the pictures as we had looking at them 🙂

The winners will be contacted in time and according to their ranking by one of the jury members in a short while.
