When did you start ffxiv, and why?

I started playing FFXIV in December 2020. My friends and I were discussing options for a new game to play together. Cho Mane was already playing and Paper Cuts had played in the past; so when Cho suggested it, I was instantly on board as I’d always considered trying the game.

Tell us a memorable experience in ffxiv!

My first time completing the Thornmarch (Extreme) with my friends sticks in my mind. It was the first real challenge we encountered so there was a real sense of achievement when we beat it.

What else do you play right now or in general?

Right now, very little as I’m busy with real life stuff 😅 Though I’ve been playing through River City Girls with my girlfriend lately.

What was your first Final Fantasy? And what is your favorite Final Fantasy Game?

My first Final Fantasy was VII; Paper Cuts introduced me to J-RPGs and that remains his favorite game so it was one of the first games he introduced me to. I would have been 9 at the time. Been a fan of the series ever since.

My favorite Final Fantasy is VIII; I know it’s the black sheep of the family but I just love the characters and the setting. Also Triple Triad is super addictive 😊

What do you enjoy doing in ffxiv?

I enjoy making my way through the story while listening to podcasts or music; but my favorite thing to do is 8 player content with friends and the FC.

Is ffxiv your first mmo? If not, what was your first mmo?

Like many people, RuneScape was my first MMO; I got into it in my teens and played with Paper Cuts and Draoi.

What are your RL activities that you enjoy?

I enjoy watching shows and movies, watching sport and eating 😅

What songs do you enjoy from ffxiv?

Good King Moogle. Has a Nightmare Before Christmas vibe to it.

Do you have pets?

Sadly no but my girlfriend has agreed to let me get a dog once we find a house to buy. Hyped 🙌
