Sometimes you wonder what your role is in the grand design of things. Sometimes you wonder what your role is in a small online community in a niche (is it, though?) japanese video game.
Lately I was asked what my role with this company was and I found that the best description was: A listener and a talker.
Over the year I have listened to most (maybe all) of you. I have heard your stories, your hopes and your fears and given advice when requested or just listened when needed. So for the end of the year and the calm, reflective season I decided to write down two small articles based on my experiences with all (most) of you this year.
Remember well that these are written from my perspective and maybe some of you will notice parts that I already discussed individually.
